AUSTIN - The deadline for Texans to register to vote in the Nov. 3 Constitutional Amendment election is Monday, Oct. 5. According to Hope Andrade, Texas Secretary of State, "It only takes a few minutes to fill out a voter registration application - or to update information if you have moved - to be eligible to cast a ballot in November.
