Kilgore Police Report

Kilgore police worked 83 calls and made 10 arrests between 12:01 a.m. Friday and midnight Sunday.

Friday's calls included: one DWI; two suspicious activities; one for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; one theft; one suspicious vehicle; one for indecency with a child; one motor vehicle accident with no reported injuries; one disturbance; one for telephone harassment; one terroristic threat; and eight for animal control.

On Saturday, calls included: one suspicious activity; one vehicle burglary in the 900 block of Broadway Boulevard; one forgery; one 911 investigation; two thefts; one motor vehicle accident with reported injuries and two without; vehicle and building burglaries at the same address in the 2200 block of Hwy. 31 East; one disturbance; one aggravated assault; and one for animal control.

Sunday's calls included: one theft; one disturbance; one for telephone harassment; one gas theft; two motor vehicle accidents with reported injuries; one vehicle burglary in the 500 block of Williams Street; one for disorderly conduct; one attempted suicide; four disturbances; one home burglary in the 400 block of Bates Street; and one for animal control.

Firefighters were called to a residential fire on Hwy. 259 South.

On Monday, officers worked 36 calls and made one arrest.

Calls included: two 911 investigations; one motor vehicle accident with report injuries and two without; two forgeries; one vehicle burglary in the 300 block of North Luder Street; one attempted suicide; one for telephone harassment; one for criminal mischief; one theft; one shoplifter; one disturbance; and three for animal control.
