Accused child murderer's trial moved to Montgomery County

HENDERSON — The trial for a Rusk County man accused of murdering a 13- month-old baby during an exorcism will be moved to Montgomery County. J. Clay Gossett, judge for the 4th Judicial District Court in Rusk County, announced Friday that Blaine Keith Milam will be tried elsewhere because he likely could not get a fair and impartial trial locally.
