KIBA AWARDS FOR SEPTEMBER
 The Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association gave out their awards for September. (photos, top to bottom) Kathy and Richard Kimball sit on their porch at their home located at 1112 E. Kay St. The Kimballs were awarded the Beauty Spot of the Month. The Sonic Drive-In on Hwy. 259 was awarded the Commercial Beauty Spot of the Month. Last, but not least, Donald and Willie Buck at 2712 Stone Rd. was awarded the Yard of the Month.
