LILLIE STRANGE

Graveside services for Lillie Pearl Strange, 94, of Kilgore were held 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, 2009, at Rusk County Memorial Gardens Cemetery. She died Wednesday, Aug. 26, in Longview.

Born in Fairplay on Dec. 16, 1914, she was a homemaker who lived in Kilgore for most of her life. Mrs. Strange was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Terrell J. Strange, in 1984.

Survivors include two sons, James L. Strange of Tyler and Mike Strange of Kilgore; a daughter, Barbara Frantz of Dallas; three granddaughters; and one great-grandson.
