The old adage, "You have to spend money to make money" is coming true in Kilgore Economic Development Corporation's quest for a federal grant. Trustees Tuesday night approved a couple more expenses associated with a $1 million grant request and they now figure KEDC will spend about $150,000 to $200,000 to get the money for a $3.
