Sherry Bustin, chief executive officer for Allegiance Specialty Hospital, spoke to Lions Club on Thursday about local health care. Bustin said everyone has the right to be treated where they wish and at Allegiance people in Kilgore and its surrounding communities can stay close to home and receive quality health care.
