The city council voted Tuesday night to donate land to only one of two alumni groups vying to build a memorial to Kilgore's all-black high school. The Kilgore Colored High School-C.B. Dansby High School Alumni Association got the go-ahead to build its memorial on a lot located at the corner of Hwy.
