Kilgore Habitat for Humanity has completed its second Women's Build home, which was dedicated on Sunday. The home at 813 Highland Dr. is a new start for Stephanie Cook and her young family. Phil Patterson, president for the Kilgore Habitat for Humanity, greeted Cook's family and friends, supporters and, of course, Habitat volunteers who worked on the home.
