SOMETIMES FRIENDS can be found in the most unlikely places. Naming them one by one is something I find a joy to do whenever the opportunity knocks. Unexpectedly, I made two new friends (believe it or not) this week inside the service department of a local GM dealership when two employees' hearts went beyond their jobs.
