No stimulus money for pay raises, says TEA

In a budget study session that lasted only an hour, Kilgore Independent School District officials, though looking at a balanced budget, are still sorting out what funding to use where. Revard Pfeffer, business manager, said the good news is that state funding was increased thanks to House Bill 3646, which generated an additional $567,288 in revenue for KISD.
