The Kilgore Improvement and Beautification Association gave out awards for the Month of August. (photos, top to bottom) The Beauty Spot went to Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Anderson at #41, Rim Rd., the Yard of the Month was awarded to 300 Woodlawn St. and the Commercial Beauty Spot was awarded to Morrison Supply Co., 100 Industrial.
