An Overton woman's gratitude for the dedication of American soldiers and first-responders has inspired her to coordinate a 9/11 tribute for all East Texans. Victoria Brown's "One Nation Under God" group of volunteers has two primary goals: a multi-city drive to obtain donations for overseas troop care packages and a local celebration for everyone.
