Phil Patterson, Habitat president greeted family, friends and Habitat workers on Sunday. Rhonda Gardner and her son, Jacoba Gardner are the new residents. Habitat Vice President G. W. Woodmansee was on hand to thank volunteers for all their support of this project which started in 2007.
