Services for Vernon L. Rayford, 95, of Temple, formerly of Kilgore, were held 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore with the Rev. David Hampton officiating. Interment followed at Old Henderson City Cemetery.
