Rotary speaker warns of scams and ways to prevent them

Michael Goforth with Able Care Home Health in Longview was the guest speaker for the Kilgore Rotary Club on Wednesday. He spoke to the club about different scams and how to best prevent them. Goforth works for the home health business now, but he was formerly a traveling speaker who helped people learn about different scams that criminals try to perpetrate.
