Kilgore Improvement & Beautification Association board members have tentatively approved a citywide clean-up day for Oct. 10, the second Saturday of the month. That's the day KIBA will ask everyone in town to clean up their streets and tidy up around their neighborhoods in order to make Kilgore a prettier place to live, work and play.
