Roger Haston Ragan, 56, of Bearden, Ark., died Sunday, July 12, 2009, at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, Ark. He was born August 25, 1932, in Kilgore, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Omega Ragan. He is survived by one son, Christopher Ragan of Hampton, Ark.
