A Gregg County deputy arrested a Henderson man on drug charges late Monday in Liberty City. According to a press release from the Gregg County Sheriff 's Office, after Randall Scott Marshburn, 28, was stopped for a traffic violation, Deputy Doug Morgan discovered warrants for his arrest and then drugs in his possession.
