Parker, Head to marry in Longview on July 25

Serina Parker and Kyle Head Elizabeth Parker of Gladewater and Alan Parker of Altamount, Kan., are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Serina Parker, to Kyle Head, son of Mary and Barry Head of Liberty City.

The bride-elect graduated from Union Grove High School and attends Kilgore College. She is employed by Watergator Hot Shot in Kilgore. She is the granddaughter of the late J.R. and Delia Pickitt of Gilmer and Donald and Leona Parker of Tomah, Wis. Her special grandparents are Jerry and Alice Berryhill of Lake Cherokee.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Sabine High School. He is the grandson of Barbara Liggett of Mineola, Barry Head of Texarkana, and Francis and John Smith of Fort Worth. He is employed by Bell Supply in Kilgore.

The couple will wed Saturday, July 25, 2009, at The Reserve in Longview and friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend.
