In a ceremony held Monday morning at the Kilgore Police Department, three new police officers were sworn in. Lt. Roman Roberson, KPD public information officer, announced Tim Dukes, Josh Sims and Bobby Toerck were sworn in as KPD officers by Chief Ronnie Moore.
