Jeff Howell, city manager, was all smiles last week as Kilgore Economic Development Corporation officials presented the city with a $200,000 check for the Main Street program. KEDC pledged the money several months ago for downtown infrastructure improvements. Presenting the check is Bill Adamson, KEDC board president, and, in the background, Randy Renshaw, city councilman, and KEDC directors Tom Mobley, Bill Mishkind, Dr. Jerry Ted Roberts and Bobby Beane.
