MR. BEN CAMMACK, JR.

Funeral Services for Mr. Ben Cammack, Jr., 83 of Kilgore will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Kilgore with Rev. Darwood Gallaway officiating. Burial will follow at the Kilgore Cemetery. Mr. Cammack died Sunday in Kilgore.

Ben was born May 27, 1926 in Smackover, Arkansas, son of the late Ben F. Cammack, Sr. and Cora Carlton Cammack. Mr. Cammack was a member of St. Luke's Methodist Church and was retired from the United States Postal Service in Kilgore after over 40 years of service.

Ben served our country in the United Sates Navy during World War II.

Mr. Cammack is survived by his wife, Louise Cammack of Kilgore; son, Ben Cammack, III of Lake Cherokee; brother, Elmore Cammack of Brownsville; sister, Bettye Parks of Austin; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Richard and Bobby Cammack.
