Kilgore Economic Development Corporation officials will celebrate the completion of the new shell building and KEDC's office relocation to Synergy Park during a brief ceremony and tour on Thursday. The program begins at 9 a.m. and Amanda Nobles, KEDC manager, invites everyone to come out to see the completed Synergy Shell Building II, located at 2001 Synergy Blvd.
