A can of spray paint seems pretty harmless, except when put in the hands of vandals who ravage a neighborhood. Roman Roberson, detective for the Kilgore Police Department, said on the weekend of Memorial Day persons unknown caused damage to homes, cars and city property in the form of spray painting graffiti.
