      Having spring practice this year was a necessity for the Kilgore High School football program, coach Mike Vallery said Tuesday. The Bulldogs just wrapped the four-week-long spring practice session on Thursday afternoon, and when Vallery looked around, he saw a lot — a lot — of new, young faces on varsity.
