Kilgoreites will remember their fallen soldiers and veterans from all wars Monday with a Memorial Day tribute at the Veterans Monument at Harris Street Park. State Rep. Tommy Merritt, R-Longview, is scheduled to speak, but organizer James Padgett said problems in Austin may keep him away.
