Gregg County Sheriff 's deputies and Texas Rangers are investigating an incident of two missing inmates from custody after an issued jail uniform shirt was discovered outside of the courthouse before noon today. An immediate lockdown of all three Gregg County jail facilities was initiated and two inmates were discovered missing from the South facility.
