News Herald Photo by Lester Murray With beautiful weather, people enjoy being outside, and with the new sidewalk tables at the Nanny Goat Restaurant, people are doing just that in downtown Kilgore. Fallon Burns, Main Street manager said there has been a delay in pouring concrete at the intersection of Rusk St. and Main St., but concrete should be poured very soon on Kilgore St. (photo) Kilgore residents said they enjoy coming downtown and look forward to the completion of the downtown renovations. The project is slated to be finished by the first of December.
