The public is invited to the unveiling of the Norman Ward Black Memorial photo display on Monday, May 18, honoring the 22 men who have served as Gregg County judges since the county's creation in 1873. A project of the Gregg County Historical Commission, the courthouse photo collection will be dedicated at 10 a.m. that day.
