Kilgore car dealers "are still going to be here," Tim Capps said this week. Capps is owner and manager of Gabriel-Jordan Pontiac Buick-GMC-Cadillac in Kilgore. He spoke Monday in response to announcements from General Motors in recent days. The automobile manufacturer recently announced it would discontinue its Pontiac line.
