Kilgore College held its cheerleading tryouts on Sunday under the direction of Latane Speer, cheerleading director, and 22 were chosen for the squad. Both men and women tried out for the squad, as they competed in running tumbling, standing tumbling, stunts, chants, dance and group demonstrations.
