The Chamber of Commerce's is back on track for Tuesday night after being cancelled due to rain last week. Festivities will begin in the block surrounding the World's Richest Acre Park on Commerce Street at 5:30 and end at 7:30, though the entertainment will continue if the crowd wants to stay and listen to the East Texas bluegrass band Hickory Hill.
