Jacob Scott Wheeler Jacob Scott Wheeler Services for Jacob Scott Wheeler, 22, of Kilgore will be at a later date. Cremation arrangements are by East Texas Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Wheeler was born August 21, 1986 in Kilgore and died April 30, 2009. Jacob was a Kilgore High School graduate and a lifelong resident of Kilgore. Survivors include mother, Michele Wheeler; father, Larry Lynn Wheeler; brother, Joshua Lynn Wheeler and many additional family members.
