Mike Lieberman, general manager of the East Texas Pump Jacks collegiate league baseball team in Kilgore, was the guest speaker for the Kilgore Rotary Club on Wednesday. Lieberman, in his second year as GM of the team and in his second year of living in Kilgore, said he was excited about the upcoming season.
