Kilgore Police report

Kilgore police officers worked 23 calls and made two arrests on Tuesday. The average call time was about 30 minutes.

Tuesday's calls included: two motor vehicle accidents with no reported injuries; two home burglaries, one in the 900 block of Bean Street and the other in the 400 block of Pine Burr; one prowler in the 1500 block of Pentecost Road; one suspicious person; one forgery; one regarding a "mental subject"; and five for animal control.

KPD reports the following arrests:

Tuesday, Feb. 3

Paul Murlin Alexander, 40, of Kilgore, one warrant from another agency

Bobby Elmo Garrett, 66, of Kilgore, eight local warrants
