ALICIO CONTRERAS

Mass of Christian Burial for Alicio Contreras, 65, of Kilgore will be 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 30, at Christ the King Catholic Church with Father Lino Huerta officiating. Burial will follow in Danville Cemetery.

Mr. Contreras died away Jan. 27.

Rosary will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan.29, at Rader Funeral Home.

Mr. Contreras was born on June 8, 1943, in CD del Maiz S.L.P, Mexico. He worked as a foreman for a cattle ranch in Mexico and was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church of Kilgore.

Mr. Contreras is survived by his wife, Macaria Contreras of Kilgore; mother, Timotea Contreras of Mexico; daughter, Sonia Contreras of Laredo; sons, Saul Contreras, Jose Contreras, Pablo Contreras, Hector Contreras, Oscar Contreras and Angel Contreras, all of Kilgore; brothers, Pablo and Fernando Contreras of Mexico; four granddaughters; six grandsons; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paulin Contreras, and son, Juan Carlos Contreras.
