Mrs. Higgins passed away at her residence on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009. Mrs. Higgins was born February 10, 1948, in Wylam, Alabama. She worked as a LVN ER nurse in Gladewater and worked for Dr. Fowler for eight years.
