Graveside services for Jerry David Pirtle, 62, of Kilgore will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, at Elderville Cemetery with the Rev. David Reeder officiating. Mr. Pirtle died Monday in Longview. He was born Nov. 22, 1946, in Greenfield, Tenn., to Lewis and Effie Pirtle. He was a loving husband to his late wife Francis Kay Pirtle and loving father and grandfather.
