Graveside services for Ronald "Ron" Hughes, 69, of Kilgore will be held Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009, at Tyler Memorial Cemetery with the Rev.David Hampton officiating. Mr. Hughes died Friday, Jan. 2, in Longview. Mr. Hughes was born in Dooley County, Ga., on April 7, 1939, to Wesley Lane and Hattie Ione Hughes. He graduated from Vienna High School in Vienna, Ga.
