The Hall Well No.1 has been drilled four miles southeast from Rusk in a Wildcat Field. The well will be drilled by Cordillera Texas, L.P. in the Dikes, W Survey, A-211 to a depth of 12,000-feet. This well may also be drilled in the Sym- Jac, West (Hosston) Field.

Cordillera Texas, L.P. will drill the T.A. Perdue Well No.2 in a Wildcat Field to a depth of 11,000-feet in the Walters, T Survey, A-879. This well will be located four miles southeast from Rusk.

In a lese 3.7 miles northeast from Mixon, in the Overton (Cotton Valley Sand) Field, the Barnes Gas Unit 1 Well No.14 will be drilled by Southwestern Energy Production Co. This well will bottom at 12,500-feet in the Lewis, J Survey, A-507 and may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

In a lease 3.97 miles northeast from Kilgore, in the Danville (Travis Peak-Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field the Griffin Ranch G.U. 8 Well No.4 will be drilled by Geo-Vest of Texas, Inc. The well will bottom at a total depth of 13,000- feet in the Edwards, H Survey, A-473. The well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field,

Anadarko E&P Company LP will drill the Jones, Alford Gas Unit Well No.22 in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will bottom at 12,000- feet in the Walling, J Survey, A- 239. This well will be located 10.5 miles southeast from Longview.

Harrison County

The Narramore Well No.13 will be drilled 1.25 miles north from Jonesville in a Wildcat Field. The well will be drilled to a total depth of 9,800-feet by the Winchester Production Co., LTD. This will will lie in the Walding, S C Survey, A-794. This well may also be drilled in the Waskom (Cotton Valley) Field.

NFR Energy, LLC will drill the Fogle Trust Well No.1 in a Wildcat Field. This well will be located 11 miles southeast from Marshall in the Monday, S Survey, A-14 and will be drilled to a depth of 13,000-feet. This well may also be drilled in the Bethany (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field, the Carthage, North (Cotton Valley) Field or the Carthage, North (Bossier Shale) Field.

The Wells Gas Unit Well No.1 will be drilled by NFR Energy, LLC. The well will bottom at a total depth of 13,000- feet in a Wildcat Field. Location of the well is eight miles northwest from Crossroads in the Wood, M L Survey, A-782. This well may also be drilled in the Hardwood (Cotton Valley) Field.

In the Oak Hill (Cotton VAlley) Field, PMO will drill an additional well to a total depth of 11,000-feet. The well is designated the Reese Well No.1H. The location of the well is 18.8 miles southwest from Marshall in the Hill, J Survey, A-300.

A Wildcat Field will see the Faron Cain Gas Unit Well No.13 drilled by Sandridge Exploration and Production, LLC. This well will be located 4.6 miles southeast from Hallsville in the Pinson, J D Survey, A- 544. Total depth will be 10,700-feet and this well may also be drilled in the Tatum, North (Cotton Valley) Field or the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field.

The Mattie Dixon Gas Unit Well No.15 will be drilled by Sandridge Exploration and Production, LLC in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will be located five miles south from Hallsville in the Real, A Survey, A-594 with a depth of 14,000-feet.

Hill County

The Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field will see the Collins Lease No.1H drilled by Range Production Company. Johnson/ Hill Land & Mineral Unit Well No.1H drilled by Quicksilver Resources Inc.,and the Miller Unit Well No.1H drilled by Quicksilver Resources Inc. The Collins Lease will be located 4.1 miles northwest from Hillsboro in the Irvin, T J Survey, A-459. The Johnson/Hill Land & Mineral Unit will be locatd 5.6 miles southeast from Blum in the Chance, J B Survey, A-188. Miller Unit will be located 5.6 miles southwest from Woodbury in the Delesdernier, F W Survey, A-215. All Three wells will bottom at a total depth of 9,000-feet.

Forest Oil Corp. will drill the Duke Well No.1 H in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field. This well will bottom at 11,500-feet in the Frederick, A Survey, A-315. Location will be 6.5 miles southwest from Hillsboro.

The Timothy Unit Well No.1 will be drilled 0.6 miles northeast from Mayfield in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field. EOG Resources, Inc. will drill the well to a depth of 10,000-feet in the Delesdernier, F W Survey, A-214.

In a lease 2.5 miles north from Osceola in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field, the Clark Well No.4H will be drilled by Cornerstone E & P Company, LP. This well will bottom at 9,000-feet in the Melton, E Survey, A-554.

The Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field will see the Griffith Unit Well No.1H and the Griffith Unit Well No.2H drilled by Range Production Co. The wells will be located 7.5 miles northwest from Hillsboro in the Mayfield, E Survey, A-589. Total depth will be 9,000-feet.

Range Production Company Is preparing to drill the Griffith Unit Well No.3H to a total depth of 9,000-feet. The well will be located 7.5 miles northwest from Hillboro in the Newatk, East (Barnett Shale) Field. The well will lie in the Mayfield, E Survey, A-589.

The Clark Well No.3H will be drilled 2.5 miles north from Osceola in the Newark, East (Barnett Shale) Field. The well will bottom at 9,000-feet drilled by Cornerstone E & P Company, LP. The well will lie in the Melton, E Survey, A-554.

Panola County

The Thomas Allison Gas Unit Well No.13A will be drilled to a total depth of 9,950- feet. The well will be drilled by Hunt Petroleum Corp. in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will be located 5.1 miles northeast from Carthage and will lie in the Hall, I Survey, A-311.

In a lease 7.3 miles northwest from Carthage, in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field, the CGU 28 Well No.16 will be drilled by Andarko E&P Company LP. This well will bottom at 12,000-feet in the Morris, J Survey, A-446.

ConocoPhillips Co. will drill the Panola 2 Unit Well No.16 9.3 miles southeast from Carthage in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will bottom at 10,250-feet in the Lee, J Survey, A-395.

The McLeroy Well No.1 will be drilled by Bowles Energy, Inc. in the Belle Bower (Travis Peak) Field. This well will bottom at 7,000-feet in the Bissel, A Survey, A-89. This well will be located 14.9 miles southeast from DeBerry and may also be drilled in the Belle Bower (Pettit, Lower) Field, the Belle Bower (Glenrose) Field, the Belle Bower (5200) Field, the Belle Bower (6150) Field, the Belle Bower (Rodessa 'Hill') Field or the Belle Bower (Paluxy Upper) Field.

Preston Exploration LLC will drill the TXU Tatum Gas Unit No.1 Well No.2 in the Beckville (Cotton Valley) Field to a depth of 13,000-feet. The well will be located 1.3 miles southeast from Tatum in the Reel, J Survey, A-564. This well may also be drilled in the Beckville, North (Travis Peak) Field, a Wildcat Field or the Carthage, North (Bossier Shale) Field.

The Sealey G.U. Well No.4 will be drilled 2.6 miles southwest from Fairplay in the Beckville (Cotton Valley) Field. Goodrich Petroleum Co. will drill the well to a depth of 13,000-feet in the Warden, J Survey, A-755. This well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field or the Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field.

The Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field will see the Fite, J.B. Gas Unit Well No.12 drilled by Comstock Oil & Gas, LP. This well will be drilled to a depth of 11,500-feet in the Mc Fadden, W Survey, A-443. The well will be located 2.6 miles northeast from Beckville and may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

Rusk County

In a lease seven miles south from Henderson, in a Wildcat Field, the Wood Trust Well No.1 will be drilled by NFR Energy, LLC. This well will be drilled to a depth of 13,000-feet in the Piburn, J Survey, A-28 and may also be drilled in the Minden (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field or the Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field.

Energen Resources Corp. will drill the Williamson Unit Well No.15 in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field to a depth of 11,000-feet. This well will be located 2.7 miles northwest from Tatum in the O'Bar, T Survey, A-26.

Samson Lone Star, LLC will drill the Texana GU No.1 Well No.4 in the Trawick (Travis Peak) Field to a depth of 9,000- feet. This well will be located 5.5 miles southwest from Mt. Enterprise in the Huejas, M F Survey, A-14 and may also be drilled in the Trawick, North (Pettit 7650) Field or a Wildcat Field.

NFR Energy, LLC will drill the Skiles Well No.1 and the Worley Gas Unit Well No.2 in a Wildcat Field. The No.1 well will bottom at 13,000-feet 9.5 miles south from Henderson in the Reel, D Survey, A-31. This well may also be drilled in the Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field or the Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field. The No.2 well will bottom at 13,000-feet 4.2 miles southwest from Pinehill in the Haynes, J C Survey, A-407. This well may also be drilled in the Minden (Cotton Valley Lime) Field or the Minden (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field.

In a lease five miles southwest from Henderson in the Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field, the Lake Gas Unit No.1 Well No.10 will be drilled by Forest Oil Corp. This well will bottom at 11,500-feet in the Willshire, T L Survey, A- 843.

The Siler, W.H. Well No.2 will be drilled by Davis Oil & Gas, LLC in a Wildcat Field. The well will bottom at 12,000- feet in the Walker, M Survey, A- 826 9.1 miles southwest from Henderson.

The Dollar Gas Unit No.1 Well No.9 will be drilled four miles west from Henderson in the Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will bottom at 11,500-feet in the Bynum, E Survey, A-112 drilled by Forest Oil Corp.

Cypress Production, Inc. will drill the Clark Well No.3H in the Danville (Travis Peak- Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field one mile southeast from Kilgore. This well will bottom at 7,800-feet in the Chisum, C Survey, A-902.

Sandridge Exploration and Production, LLC will drill the Gladney Gas Unit Well No.12 and the Gladney Gas Unit Well No.15 in the Oak Hill (Cotton Valley) Field. The No.12 will be located 6.2 miles west from Tatum. The No.15 will be located 6.3 miles west from Tatum. Both wells will bottom at 14,000-feet in the Lee, I Survey, A-17. The No.12 may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

Smith County

The Chapel Hill (Rodessa) Field will see the Moss Estate Well No.1 drilled by Southwest Operating, Inc.-Tyler. This well will bottom at 12,000-feet in the Newell, W Survey, A-743. This well will be located six miles north from Arp in a Wildcat Field or the Chapel Hill (Cotton Valley) Field.

In a lease 0.25 miles southeast from Sand Flat, in a Wildcat Field, the Fair Oil, Ltd. Well No.1 will be drilled to a depth of 9,00-feet by Goldston Oil Corp. This well will lie in the Flores, F Survey, A-9.

Angelina County

In a lease 1.8 miles east of Wells, Goodrich Petroleum Company has completed the C.W. Sneed Gas Unit 1 Well No.2 to a total depth of 12,367- feet in the Raintree Field. When gauged on a 20/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 1.792 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Hosston formation.

Gregg County

In a lease two miles west from Longview, Hunt Petroleum Corporation completed an addional well in the Willow Springs Field. The well is known as the Hayes Well No.9. The well bottomed at a depth of 11,100-feet. While gauging on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 1.218 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Henderson County

The H.P. Barton Gas Unit WelL No.3 is located 7.80 miles southwest from Athens in the Tri-Cities Field. This well was completed to a depth of 11,565- feet by XTO Energy Inc. When gauged on a 14/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 3.588 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Nacogdoches County

The North Hayter Trust Well No.22 is located ten miles northwest from Nacogdoches in the Douglass, West Field. Samson Lone Star, LLC has completed the well to a depth of 10,662-feet. This well was gauged on a 21/64-inch choke and potentialed 3.186 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Travis Peak formation.

Samson Lone Star, LLC has completed six new wells. The Tipton Gas Unit 1 Well No.1 is located nine miles southwest from Nacogdoches in the Red Land, Northeast Field to a depth of 11,750-feet. This well potentialed 4.426 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 16/64-inch choke. Production is in the Pettit formation. The Panther Gas Unit 1 Well No.1 is located nine miles southwest from Nacogdoches in the Red Land, North Field. This well bottoms at 11,670-feet and potentialed 2.412 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 30/64-inch choke. Production is in the Travis Peak formation. The Dana Lynn GU 1 Well No.1 is located five miles southwest from Cushing in the Douglass, West Field. This well bottoms at 10,615-feet and potentialed 508,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 24/64-inch choke. Production is in the Travis Peak formation. The Sitton GU 1 Well No.2 is located 8.5 miles northwest from Nacogdoches in the Douglass, West Field with a depth of 10,433-feet. When gauged on a 20/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 3.004 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Travis Peak formation. The Desha GU 1 Well No.3 is located 11 miles northwest from Nacogdoches in the Douglass, West Field with a depth of 10,550- feet. This well potentialed 3.136 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 25/64-inch choke. Production is in the Travis Peak formation. The Black Stone Well No.8 is located nine miles northwest from Nacogdoches in the Douglass, West Field with a depth of 10,440-feet. This well potentialed 2.864 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 26/64-inch choke. Production is in the Travis Peak formation.

Navarro County

The Scammel Gas Unit Well No.2 potentialed 101,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 48/64-inch choke. This well is located 14.70 miles southwest from Kerens with a depth of 10,875-feet. XTO Energy Inc. completed the well to a depth of 10,875-feet. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The Carthage Field has seen the Summers Well No.1 completed by M.E. Operating & Services, Inc. to a depth of 9,640-feet. This well potentialed 320,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 8/64-inch choke. Location is 12 miles southeast from Carthage. Production is in the Travis Peak- Collins formation.

The Metcalf Unit 1 Well No.12 is located 5.8 miles east of Beckville in the Carthage Field. This well was completed by Lacy Operations, Ltd. to a depth of 9,830-feet. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 1.625 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on an adjustable choke, the W.F. Beall "A" Well No.11 flowed with 52.71 barrels of crude. This well is located 2.7 miles east from Beckville in the Carthage. Field. Chevron U.S.A. Inc. has completed the well to a depth of 9,888-feet. Production is in the Travis Peak 6400 formation.

Rusk County

When gauged on an adjustable choke, the Harmon Gas Unit No.1 Well No.3 potentialed 657,000 cubic feet of natural gas. This well is located 5.3 miles northwest from Henderson in the Henderson, East Field. Forest Oil Corp. has completed the well to a depth of 11,280-feet. Production is in the Cotton Vaelly formation.

The Harmon Gas Unit No.1 Well No.5 is located 5.8 miles northwest from Henderson in the Henderson, East Field. This well bottoms at 11,250-feet drilled by Forest Oil Corp. When gauged on a 26/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 768,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The Minden Field has seen the Siler Heirs GU Well No.3 completed by Goodrich Petroleum Co. This well is located 3.9 miles northeast of Henderson with a depth of 10,798-feet. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 679,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Travis Peak Consolidated formation.

When gauged on a 30/64- inch choke, the Ashby Gas Unit Well No.1 potentialed 825,000 cubic feet of natural gas. This well is located seven miles east of Henderson in the Beckville Field. This well bottoms at 10,800-feet with production in the Cotton Valley formation.

In a lease 4.8 miles southeast from Henderson, in the Minden Field, the Spikes Gas Unit 1 Well No.14 has been completed by Sand Ridge Onshore, LLC. This well bottoms at 10,885-feet and potentialed 2.742 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 28/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

Tarrant County

The Porter Unit Well No.B 1H is located 2.19 miles southeast from Azle in the Newark, East Field. This well was drilled to a depth of 10,560-feet by XTO Energy Inc. No test data was recorded for this well. Production is in the Barnett Shale formation.

Chesapeake Operating, Inc. has completed four new wells in the Newark, East Field. The DFW Fay Well No.B3 HH is located 22 miles northeast from Fort Worth with a depth of 13,108-feet and potentialed 3.270 million cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 1-inch choke. The DFW Fay Well No.B4 HH is located 22 miles northeast from Fort Worth with a depth of 12,718-feet and potentialed 3.409 million cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 1-inch choke. The DFW Fay Well No.B5 HH is located within city limits from Grapevine with a depth of 12,465-feet and potentialed 2.997 million cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 1-inch choke. The Petrus Harris Well No.3H is located 2.2 miles southwest from Everman with a depth of 9,650-feet and potentialed 1.486 million cubic feet of natural gas when gauged on a 1-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale formation.
