The Angelina Lumber Well No.3 will be drilled 5.04 miles southeast from Wells in the Raintree (Hosston) Field. This well will bottom at 12,300-feet in the Durst, J Survey, A-201. This well may also be drilled in the Raintree (Pettit) Field.

The Raintree (Hosston) Field will see the Crossman, Jerome Well No.4 drilled to a depth of 12,300-feet by En- Cana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. This well will be located 2.56 miles southeast from Wells in the Postley, W A Survey, A-511.

Cherokee County

In a lease 7.5 miles northeast from Jacksonville, in the Percy Wheeler (Travis Peak) Field, the Prestiedge Well No.2 will be drilled by Chesapeake Operating, Inc. The well bottom at a total depth of 12,000- feet in the Thomas Quevado Survey, A-44.

XTO Energy Inc. will drill six new wells in the Doyle Creek (Travis Peak) Field to a depth of 12,800-feet. The Chronister Heirs Well No.39 will be located 6.9 miles southeast from Alto. The Chronister Heirs Well No.40 will be located 5.6 miles southeast from Alto. The Chronister Heirs Well No.41 will be located 5.5 miles southeast from Alto. The Chronister Heirs Well No.42 will be located 5.3 miles southeast from Alto. The Chronister Heirs Well No.435.4 miles southeast from Alto. The Chronister Heirs Well No.44 will be located 5.7 miles southeast from Alto. These wells will lie in the Durst, J Survey, A-15 and may also be drilled in the Doyle Creek (Pettit) Field.

The Judge Daniels GU 1 Well No.15 will be drilled 2.5 miles east from Kilgore in the Danville (Travis Peak-Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field. This well will bottom at 13,000-feet, drilled by Samson Lone Star, LLC in the Wells, H Survey, A-222. The well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

The E.M. Day Estate Gas Unit No.1 Well No.3, the E.M. Day Estate Gas Unit No.1 Well No.4 and the E.M. Day Estate Gas Unit No.1 Well No.5 will be drilled in the Tri-Cities (Cotton Valley) Field by XTO Energy Inc. The No.3 will be located 3.3 miles southeast from Malakoff. The No.4 will be located 3.2 miles southeast from Malakoff. The No.5 will be located 3.1 miles southeast from Malakoff. These wells will lie in the Neill, J C Survey, A-577.

XTO Energy Inc. is preparing to drill the Mayo Williams Heirs Well No.9 to a total depth of 10,700-feet. The location of the well is 1.5 miles southwest from Beckville in the Beckville (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will lie in the Smith, M A Survey, A-657.

Anadarko E&P Co. is preparing to drill the Frost Unit 5 Well No.8H to a depth of 12,000-feet. The well will be located 8.8 miles northeast from Carthage in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. The will will lie in the Mc Faddin, J Survey, A-456.

The Smith, J J Gas Unit Well No.8 will be drilled by Anadarko E&P Company LP in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. The well will bottom at 12,000-feet in the Bradley, J M Survey, A-49. Location will be 9.7 miles southeast from Carthage.

The Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field will see the Hudson, Nell Well No.18 and the Mangham Unit Well No.28 drilled by Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. The No.18 will be drilled 4.9 miles southwest from Carthage in the Hanks, I Survey, A-271. This well will bottom at 12,500-feet. The No.28 will be drilled 4.3 miles north from Carthage in the Roberts, G B Survey, A-565. This well will bottom at 13,000-feet.

In a lease 4.5 miles northeast rom Beckville in the Panola (Goodland Lime) Field, the La Grone Well No.2 will be drilled by Texas American Resources Co. This well will bottom at 3,800-feet in the LaGrone, A Survey, A-391.

Rusk County

The Spikes Gas Unit No. 1 Well No.12 and Spikes Gas Unit No. 1 Well No.17 is being prepared for drilling to a depth of 14,000-feet in a Wildcat Field. The operator in charge of drilling is Sandridge Onshore , LLC. They will drill the wells five miles southeast from Henderson in the Peck, S R Survey, A-620. These wells may also be in the Minden (Cotton Valley Lime) Field, Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field, or the Minden (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field.

The Enduring Resources LLC is preparing the Smith Trust Gas Unit Well No.1 and Smith Trust Gas Unit Well No.2 in the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field. The wells will bottom at a depth of 11,300-feet and will be located 2.4 miles southwest from Minden. The Smith Trust Gas Unit Well No.2 is located 1.6 miles southwest from Minden. The wells will lie in the Rutland, J S Survey, A-659.

In a lease 6.1 miles northeast from Mindenin the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field, Enduring Resources LLC is preparing for an additional well to be drilled. The well is to be known as the Mimms Well No.1 with a depth of 11,300- feet. The well will lie in the the Nieto, J Survey, A-602. This well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field, or Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field.

The Hinson Gas Unit No.1 Well No.9 will be located four miles west from Henderson in the Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field to a depth of 11,500-feet. The well will lie in the Brown, R Survey, A-102 drilled by Forest Oil Corp.

The Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field will see the Siler Heirs GU Well No.8 drilled by Goodrich Petroleum Co. to a depth of 13,000-feet. The well will be located 4.2 miles southeast from Henderson in the Burk, S P Survey, A- 136. The well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field or the Minden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field.

Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. will drill the Pinkerton Gas Unit Well No.11H in the Brachfield, Southeast (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will be located 2.33 miles northeast from Minden in the Vansickle, B A Survey,l A-796.

The Alexander Heirs Gas Unit Well No.2 and the Alexander Heirs Gas Unit Well No.5H will be drilled 5.1 miles southwest from Henderson in the Henderson, East (Cotton Valley) Field. Forest Oil Corp. will drill the wells to a depth of 11,500-feet in the Willshire, T L Survey, A-843.

There will be two new wells drilled in the Brachfield, South (Cotton Valley) Field by Enduring Resources, LLC. The Pirtle Well No.2 will be drilled 0.9 miles southwest from Minden in the Atkinson, J S Survey, A- 60. The Jimmerson Gas Unit Well No.13 will be drilled 5.8 miles northeast from Minden in the Bell, R Survey, A-90. Both wells will bottom at 11,700-feet and may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field or the MNinden (Travis Peak Consolidated) Field.

The Sallie M. Warren Hrs. Gas Unit 1 Well No.15 will be located 1.9 miles northwest from Troup in the Overton (Cotton Valley Sand) Field. This well will be drilled to a depth of 12,250-feet by Southwestern Energy Production Co. in the Miller, W Survey, A-638. The well may also be drilled in a Wildcat Field.

In a lease 0.2 miles southeast from Sand Flat, in a Wildcat Field, the Dolores Coulter Trust Well No.1 will be drilled by Goldston Oil Corp. This well will bottom at 9,000-feet in the Flores, F Survey, A-9. ******

Wood County

The Saner, M. Well No.10R will be drilled four miles northeast from Pine Mills in the Pine Mills, East (Woodbine) Field. The well will be drilled to a depth of 5,700-feet by Bluestone Natural Resources, LLC. This well will lie in the Polk, M Survey, A-454.

Cherokee County

The Rucker Well No.5H is located one mile west of Troup in the Overton Field. This well was completed by Wagner & Brown, Ltd. to a depth of 14,890-feet. When gauged on a 1.75-inch choke, the well potentialed 12.784 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley Sand formation.

Gregg County

The Danville Field has seen the Daniels, Judge G.U. 1 Well No.8 completed to a depth of 10,830-feet. This well was drilled by Samson Lone Star, LLC 2.5 miles east of Kilgore. The well potentialed 1.265 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 20/64-inch choke. Production is in the Travis Peak-Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

The Daniels, Judge G.U. 1 Well No.9 has been completed by Samson Lone Star, LLC to a depth of 10,909-feet. The well is located 2.5 miles East of Kilgore in the Danville Field. This well potentialed 1.321 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 30/60-inch choke. Production is in the Travis Peak-Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

When gauged on a 20/64- inch choke, the Lawson Lacy Well No.2 potentialed 1.195 million cubic feet of natural gas. The well bottomed at 10,712- feet in the Willow Springs field. Operator of the well is known as the Remuda Operating Company. Location of the well is 4.5 miles southwest from Longview. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The Thomas Lake Field has seen the Parker Trust Gas Unit Well No.1 completed by Rising Star Petroleum, LLC to a depth of 12,265-feet. The well is located eight miles north from Athens. When gauged on a 48/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 696,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The McDonald Well No.2 is located 3.2 miles northeast from Crossroads in the Tri- Cities Field by Rising Star Petroleum, LLC. This well was completed to a depth of 9,614- feet and flowed with 11.7 barrels of crude. Choke size was not recorded. Production is in the Pettit formation.

Panola County

The CGU 21 Well No.16 potentialed 1.459 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on an adjustable choke. The well is located 5.5 miles southwest of Carthage in the Carthage Field. Anadarko E & P Company LP has completed the well to a depth of 9,905-feet. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on an adjustable choke, the Moore Unit Well No.23 potentialed 688,000 cubic feet of gas. This well was completed 1.08 miles northeast of Carthage in the Carthage Field by Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. has completed the Cavin Unit Well No.19 in the Bethany, East Field to a depth of 9,525-feet. This well is located 13.4 miles southwest of Waskom by Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

In a lease 1.5 miles northwest of Fairplay in the Beckville Field, Goodrich Petroleum Co. has completed the Billy Sealey Well No.6 to a depth of 10,295-feet. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well potentialed 311,000 cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

The Brumble, G.W. Well No.52 potentialed 323,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on an adjustable choke. This well was completed by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. in the Bethany Field to a depth of 6,047-feet. Location is 4.7 miles northeast from DeBerry.

The Carthage, North Field has seen the A. Williams Gas Unit No.1 Well No.9 completed by Penn Virginia Oil & Gas, L.P. This well is located 4.80 miles southwest from Elysian Field with a depth of 10,222- feet. This well was gauged on a 24/64-inch choke and potentialed 569,000 cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

When gauged on a 20/64- inch choke, the Davis, Vera Well No.9C potentialed 936,000 cubic feet of natural gas. This well was completed by Sojitz Energy Venture, Inc. to a depth of 10,204-feet in the Carthage Field. This well is located 3.3 miles southwest from Clayton. Production is in the Travis Peak formation.

Location of the is 3.3 miles southwest from Clayton. When gauged on a 32/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 1.101 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Penn Virginia Oil and Gas, LP has completed an additional well in the Carthage, North Field. The well is designated the J.F. Roberts Well No.3. Location of the well is 3.40 miles southwest from Elysianfield. When gauged on 24-64-inch choke, the well potentialed 806,000-feet of gas with depth of 10,220-feet, Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Location of the well is 3.3 miles northeast from Minden. When gauged on a 30/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 1.233 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production for both wells are in the Cotton Valley formation.

Forest Oil Corportation has completed two additional wells designated the Harmon Gas Unit No. 1 Well No.2 and the Harmon Gas Unit No.1 Well No.6. The Harmon Gas Unit Well No.2 is located five miles northwest from Henderson in the Henderson, East Field. The well has a total depth of 11.200-feet. When gauged on a 26/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 571,000-feet of natural gas. The Harnmon Gas Unit Well No. 6 is located 5.4 miles northwest from Henderson in the Henderson, East Field. The well bottomed at a depth of 11,110-feet. When gauged on a 26/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 963,000-feet of natural gas. Production for both wells are in the Cotton Valley formation.
