HALF PIPE GETS SKATERS FLYING HIGH
 | | The new half pipe addition to the skate park located at Kilgore City Park has only been completed for a day or so, but skaters are flocking to it. The city, along with an anonymous donation built the ramp for a cost of $38,000. The ramp, from a company called Skatewaves has a special sound dampener which makes the skating noise very low and the ramp is guaranteed for 15 years. The ramp is also modular, so it can be moved with very little effort and the company also builds other modulars for skate parks, even custom pieces. |
