Graveside services for Mary Lee Schiwitz, 79 of Kilgore were 10AM, Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Kilgore Memorial Gardens with Rev. George Conway officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Kilgore. Mrs. Schiwitz died Thursday, June 12, 2008 in Kilgore.

Mary Lee was born on January 17, 1929 in Smiley, Texas to the late J. H. and Tina York. Mrs. Schiwitz has been a resident of Kilgore since 1949 and was a Methodist.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Bill Runyan of Memphis, TN, and Joyce Tatum and Mike Smithey of Kilgore; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive her. H. Roy Schiwitz, her husband of 52yrs, two brothers, Bennie and Frank York, and one sister, Lydia Hotz precede Mary Lee in death.
