MARY LEE SCHIWITZ

Graveside services for Mary Lee Schiwitz, 79 of Kilgore will be 10AM, Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Kilgore Memorial Gardens with Rev. George Conway officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Kilgore. Mrs. Schiwitz died Thursday, June 12, 2008 in Kilgore.

Mary Lee was born on January 17, 1929 in Smiley, Texas to the late J. H. and Tina York. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and dedicated her life to her family. Mrs. Schiwitz has been a resident of Kilgore since 1949 and was a Methodist.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Bill Runyan of Memphis, TN, and Joyce Tatum and Mike Smithey of Kilgore; grandchildren include Shayne and Andi Tatum of Shreveport, and Cody and Amy Tatum of Kilgore; great grandchildren include, Camryn Tatum and Gabe Tatum. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive her. H. Roy Schiwitz, her husband of 52yrs, two brothers, Bennie and Frank York, and one sister, Lydia Hotz precede Mary Lee in death.

The family will receive friends six to eight, Friday, June 13, 2008 at the funeral home.
