B.J. Owen, director of special services for the City of Kilgore tees off on hole 6 at the Lions Golf Tournament held last week at the Meadowbrook Country Club. Owen was one of 34 golfers who came out for the day, enjoyed lunch and played 18 holes of golf to support the Lions Club.
