MS. KATRINA LASHON WHEAT

Funeral services for Katrina LaShon Wheat, 30, of Kilgore will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2008 at New Birth Fellowship Church with Eldress Karen Fuller officiating. Burial will be in Kilgore Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Victory Funeral Services.

Katrina was born on December 3, 1977, in Overton, the daughter of Berry James and Jestine Wheat. She departed this life on May 22, 2008.

She graduated from Kilgore High School in 1997.

At was a member of Longview Baptist Temple.

She was employed at Tri- State Water Treatment of Longview.

Her maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Lola Earl and paternal grandparents, Louis and Roberta Wheat all preceded her in death.

She survived by her children, a daughter, Kiara Alexis Pegues of Kilgore; three sons, Kendrion Kiondrick Wheat, Kelton Marcellus Wheat and Trenton LeBron Wheat all of Kilgore; her parents, Berry James and Jestine Wheat of Kilgore; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Vivian and Jimmy Warren, Patricia Wheat and Lamonica Wheat all of Kilgore, Audrey and Marcus Fuller of Baumholder, Germany, and Latasia Glenn of Longview, TX; two brothers and sisterin law, Benny James and Taneka Wheat and Kerry Wheat all of Kilgore and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Public viewing will be Friday, May 30, 2008 from noon until 5:30 p.m. at Victory Funeral Services.
