LOUISE CHREENE

Services for Louise Chreene, 94, of Kilgore, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Rev. Roland Chamberlain officiating. Burial will follow at Danville Cemetery. Ms. Chreene passed away Saturday, May 24, 2008, in Kilgore.

Ms. Chreene was born in Grand Cane, Louisana on March 7, 1914 to the late Henry and Lena Cordova Moorman. Ms. Chreene was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife and mother and grandmother. She gave generously of her time to both family and friends. Her presence will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her son, Louis Chreene and wife Pam of Longview, daughters, Grace Shaw and husband Arthur of St. Joseph, Missouri, Mary Bissell of Houston, Jimmie Myers of Kilgore, Gaye Lee and husband Richard of Longview and Sherry Hunt and husband David of Deer Park, Texas; brother, Henry Moorman of Brownsboro, Texas; twentyone grandchildren, many great grandchildren and some great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noble Chreene, son, Charlie Chreene, daughter, Irene Slade and sister, Lottie Meadows.

The family will receive friends between 6:00 and 8:00 pm on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, at Rader Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Chad Chreene, Ben Chreene, Daniel Chreene, Michael Chreene, Everett Asher and Phillip Avance.
