KILGOROUND
LESTER MURRAY

WE ARE exactly a week away from Kilgore Historical Preservation Foundation's "Jazz Under the Derricks."

THE Jazz Professors will be back for their third consecutive free performance at the World's Richest Acre Park on Commerce Street. The free performance next Thursday begins at 6:30 p.m.

KHPF sponsors the event as a way to bring residents to the World's Richest Acre Park and its collection of restored derricks as part of national Historic Preservation Month.

BRING a lawn chair... if they're as entertaining this year as they were last, you'll want to be there for the entire performance.
