Stephen Scott (at left), president of B & J Equipment, Ltd. and Bill Adamson, president of the board oif directors of Kilgore Economic Development Corporation, shake hands after executing an economic development agreement which includes an incentive of $82,500 over a two-year period for the retention and relocation of 18 jobs, creation of five new jobs and the addition of capital improvements with a minimum value of $900,000 inside the city of Kilgore and up to $30,000 for a wastewater treatment system payable upon its installation by company. The company will build an 18,000-square-foot facility at the southeast corner of Hillcrest and State Highway 42.
